How long have you been blogging?
Over 5 years. It started due to my degree in fashion promotion (blogging was a new thing back then and actively encouraged in marketing and promotion) and I realised there weren’t other bloggers out there who looked like me.
Who’s your main inspiration?
Trends and quirky touches. I like to dress in fashion but add something crazy and fun
If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?
I’m heading out on a road trip over to America and knocking a few places like San Francisco, La and Las Vegas off the list.
What do you enjoy most about being a blogger?
Honestly the friends I have made. I’m grateful to call some of the best people friends who have helped me and support me to this day.
Do you face any challenges with being a plus size blogger, if so how do you overcome them?
I tend to find the biggest challenge is being approached by brands who don’t actually read your work. Brands that stock up to a size UK 16 that’d never fit. I sadly decline.
What advice would you give to someone who’s just starting out as a plus size blogger?
Continue to do what works for you. Your style, your words, your attitude. I like bloggers who are true to themselves and don’t fake it or become something they’re not. It’s something you learn to see through.
What do you love most about your body?
Honestly my bum hahaha. There’s not much I’d ever change or hate about myself though. I just embrace myself how I am and hope my confidence shines and also influences others to feel that way about themselves.
Do you blog full time or just as a hobby?
Just as a hobby. I shop till I drop so if I can show people how something fits, what worked or didn’t or just simply how to piece things together I’m happy.
And last but not least – What’s your favourite Yours Clothing piece of clothing?
Ohh this is tough. I am loving the logo tee’s atm though. The phrases are so cute.
